Eligibility Requirements : Participants must have a disability rating from the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) to be eligible to participate in the programs and have an honorable discharge on your DD214

1. To Participate in any program, please follow these steps:

2. .You must agree to the code of conduct agreement to participate in any and all programs.
   • Register:
   • Use the registration QR code on this page to sign up. You only need to complete registration one time per calendar year.
   • Complete the participation waiver (required) and the Media Release (optional):
     After registering, please scan the waiver QR code on this page and fill out the required waiver form(s).
3. Sign-Ups for Programs.
   Some activities have limited participation and require advance sign-up. If an activity has a maximum participation limit, you must sign up before attending. Details and sign-up instructions will be included in the event listing on the calendar.
   • Once you have registered and completed the waiver, you are welcome to join any eligible activities listed on the calendar.
